1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website of Helping Hands Training Program for CENA's LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), or by enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or enroll in our programs.

2. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in a Helping Hands Training Program is subject to the following conditions:

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required tuition payment (in full or first installment of a payment plan).
  • Students must provide valid government-issued photo identification and any other documentation required at enrollment.
  • Enrollment is subject to class availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class session due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, in which case enrolled students will be offered an alternative class date or a full refund.
  • Students must meet any applicable eligibility requirements as specified for each program.

3. Tuition and Payment

  • Pay in Full: Full tuition payment is due at the time of enrollment to secure your seat.
  • Payment Plan: Where a payment plan is offered, the first installment is due at enrollment and the second installment is due at the program midpoint as specified at the time of enrollment. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension from the program.
  • Payment processing: Payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to helpinghandstrainingprogram@gmail.com or by calling (313) 355-3258.
  • Refunds requested more than 5 business days before the class start date will be issued in full, less any applicable processing fees.
  • Refunds requested within 5 business days of the class start date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
  • No refunds will be issued after the class has begun, except in cases of documented medical emergency or program cancellation by Helping Hands.
  • If we cancel or reschedule a class, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available class date.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. We reserve the right to dismiss any student from the program without refund for:

  • Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward staff, instructors, or fellow students
  • Dishonesty, cheating, or academic misconduct
  • Violation of facility rules or safety protocols
  • Excessive unexcused absences that prevent satisfactory completion of program requirements

6. Attendance and Completion Requirements

Students must meet minimum attendance requirements as specified for each program in order to receive a certificate of completion and be eligible to sit for the applicable certification exam. Attendance requirements will be communicated at the start of each program. Students who do not meet attendance requirements may be required to repeat the program at their own expense.

7. Certification Exam

Successful completion of a Helping Hands program prepares students to sit for the applicable state or national certification exam. However, we do not guarantee that any student will pass the certification exam. Exam fees, scheduling, and eligibility requirements are governed by the applicable testing authority and are the responsibility of the student.
